Testing and trouble-shooting services are available for complete systems or individual component level evaluation. Using the customer’s functional testing platform, Primary Sourcing can supply fully tested PCBs which allow the customer to integrate the assemblies directly into their manufacturing process. This provides 100% yield at the customer level, where there is no in-house testing, failures or repairs required.
Primary Sourcing’s testing capabilities include environmental screening (elevated temperature testing) up to 200ºC, accepting parts up to 12 feet in length. Primary Sourcing also has a transducer testing chamber that can test up to 20,000 psi and up to 200ºC. Shock and vibration testing is also available.
